Temporary - to - Hire:
If you want to add to your current staff but would like to
review the candidate's work performance and attitude, you'll
like this program - After 520 hours on Granite
Personnel's payroll, you may hire the candidate without a
conversion fee. This is like a 13-week working
interview.
Direct Hire - Perm
Placement: After you and our staff have
thoroughly screened and interviewed the candidate, you may
offer to hire the candidate directly and immediately.
Other services, take up front fees based upon a percentage
of the first year's salary. NOT US! We have one
of the best Direct Hire fees in the nation! Our fee is
broken up into 3 monthly payments - due at the end of the
month - you get productivity without making the financial
commitment first.
